About Mrs. Neal

I grew up moving every year or two all over the United States. My father was not with the military, but with Campbell Soup. Yes, I do love Campbell soup...it is mmm, mmm, good! We settled in South Carolina when I started high school in Sumter.I attended the University of South Carolina (Go Cocks!) and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education.  I earned my Masters Degree in Reading and Literacy in 2008. If that wasn't enough work I decided to persue National Board Certification which I earned later that same year. I have been teaching around South Carolina since 1992. I have taught Kindergarten, First and Third grades. I have been at lake Carolina (the best school in SC....the world) since 2004. I do love it here!

I am married and have a daughter, Haley, who is in third grade here at the lake.
I have a precious dog named Licorice.
I love to read, play tennis, and go to the beach, and snow ski .
