•    Writing full name (use lowercase letters except for the 1st
      letter)

•    Say address, phone number, and birth date
•    Letter recognition (uppercase and lowercase-out of order)
•    Numeral recognition  (0-100)
•    Write numerals (0-100)

•    Shape recognition and drawing shapes
•    Count to 100 by 1's, 2's, 5's, and 10's
•    Write the alphabet  (both upper and lowercase letters)
•    Write stories (matching words to illustrations)
•    Practice rhyming words
•    When  reading a new book, point to the author and illustrator of the book after reading the title.

•    Have your child point to the:  title, title page, front cover and
      back cover of the book

•    After reading, discuss main characters, setting, and story sequence
•    Compare similarities and differences between characters
•    Ask  comprehension questions after reading stories
•    Talk about opposites
•    Phonics  (beginning and ending sounds)
•    Name coins (and tell their value)
•    Sort by color, shape, size,  etc.
