Meet Ms. Wilson
I am so delighted to set sail this year at Lake Carolina Elementary School!
Lake Carolina is truly Palmetto's Finest, and I am excited to be a part
of such a wonderful school community. I was born in Amityville, NY, and relocated
to Irmo, SC in 1991. I am a graduate of Lexington/Richland School District
5. I am a 2008 graduate from the University of South Carolina with
a B.A. in Elementary Education. I received the Outstanding Senior
Award for the College of Education in my senior year. For the past three
years, I worked with the Boys&Girls Club of the Midlands. In doing this,
I learned a lot about building relationships, and becoming a stronger educator.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, shopping, and spending time with my 5
year old daughter Saniah. I really look forward to an outstanding learning
experience with my students and their families in this upcoming year.
